Shipping

Freight is confirmed with the quotation. Checkout adds a shipping charge only when a rate and destination note are saved for that order.

If a flat rate and a destination note are saved in admin, checkout can add that rate. Otherwise the order total excludes freight and the confirmation says shipping will be quoted.
